The free plan gives you access to every app, 5 runs per app per month, an 8-page crawl limit, and screenshot exports. Exports include CX branding. HTML snapshots and white-label exports require Pro or Agency. No credit card is ever required to use the free plan.
Those platforms are JavaScript apps behind an authentication wall. There are no static HTML links for the crawler to follow, so only the landing page can be captured. This is a platform restriction, not a bug. The tool works perfectly on standard public websites like business sites, portfolios, and e-commerce stores.
Yes, cancel from your account dashboard at any time. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to the free plan automatically.
